PRO –RATED LIMITED WARRANTY
MATTEX mattress offers “Limited Warranty”. This indicates that the warranty period provided does not extend to every possible situation. “Pro-Rated” indicates that if any problem occurs that is covered by the warranty during the term of the warranty, purchaser will be charged for any repair made or, if necessary, any exchange of the mattress at a specified sum.
WARRRANTY COVERAGE
- 1. The whole MATTEX mattress carries 12 to 15 years pro-rated limited warranty from date of purchase.
- 2. MATTEX mattress provided as a first timer replacement for valid limited warranty.
- 3. This “Limited Warranty” does not cover FOC items.
- 4. This warranty does not apply to international warranty.
- 5. This warranty is valid only in Malaysia.
- 6. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.
- 7. Any manufacturing defects arising within first year of purchase will be repaired at no cost but cost of transportation shall be borne by the purchaser.
- 8. Manufacturing defects develop after first year, repair or replacement or credit value of the mattress will be made as per the pro-rated value the consumer shall bear the difference of the new mattress value and the credit value.
- 9. The pro-rated value is as follows:

- 10. Kindly note that transportation costs for any repair services are the responsibility of the purchaser.
THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO:
- 1. Coils or wires that are loosen or broken.
- 2. Coils or wires that protrude or rip through the fabric.
- 3. Mattress concaves more than one and a half inch (1 1/2 ”) or greater.
- 4. Sagging: ONLY your mattress is continuously supported by matching foundation or equivalent, with an appropriate frame.

Here are some comprehensive mattress care instructions to help maintain the quality and longevity of your mattress:
- 1. Use a Mattress Protector: Invest in a high-quality, waterproof mattress protector to shield against spills, stains, and allergens.
- 2. Rotate Regularly: Rotate your mattress 180 degrees every 3-6 months to ensure even wear and prevent sagging.
- 3. Keep it Clean: Vacuum your mattress regularly to remove dust and allergens. Use a handheld vacuum with an upholstery attachment for best results.
- 4. Spot Clean Stains: Treat stains immediately with a mild detergent and water. Avoid soaking the mattress. Use a clean cloth to dab the area until the stain is removed.
- 5. Avoid Jumping: Do not jump on the mattress as it can damage the springs and structure.
- 6 .Support Your Mattress: Use a sturdy bed frame with proper center support for queen and king-size mattresses to prevent sagging and extend its life.
EASY STEPS FOR ROTATE MATTRESS
Rotating a one-sided mattress is pretty straightforward. Simple turn it 180 until the head end becomes the foot end.
