Is delivery free in Malaysia?
Yes, shipping charge is free in West Malaysia. Please note that we currently deliver only to Peninsular Malaysia, excluding islands (Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, etc)
What’s the estimated time of delivery?
The delivery is normally takes 5-7 working days for Johor and KL areas. Outstation areas need 7-14 working days to arrange the delivery. The driver will contact you before the delivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?
The delivery time is scheduled by local transporters based on their delivery routine. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays & public holidays.

What can I do for the warranty claim process?
You are welcome to reach us by email info@honeymattress.com.my with proof of purchase, along with additional information and problems occurred.
