Return and Refund Policy
What is the Return Policy?
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on mattresses, protectors, pillows, or other bedding accessories. However, if a product is faulty, we do accept refunds (partial or full) or exchanges. Faulty items must be returned in their original and unused condition in order to receive a full refund.
If a returned product is found to be used or damaged (not due to manufacturing faults), the cost of the damage will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you accordingly.
Are the returns free?
No, the transportation costs will be the purchaser’s responsibility. The charges of transportation & labour fee is depending on the locations (States, Highlands, Islands, FELDA areas)
How can I arrange a return?
If you confirm that, you have received a faulty product, kindly send us your order number regarding the matter via email to info@mattex.com.my so we can immediately assist you.
There is a kindly reminder is, returns must be done within 14 days from the day you received the item.
How long will my refund take?
We will refund to you within 14 business days from the day we received the returned product.
